Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Psychological Facilitator to support soft skills, leadership, and safety training workshops by facilitating sessions and preparing training materials. Opportunity for professional development in training and consulting At **ATIK CORP S.A.C.**, a company specialized in corporate, industrial, and mining sector training and consulting, we are currently looking for a **Junior Psychological Facilitator** to join our payroll team and participate in training and capacity-building projects in Lima and the provinces. Main Responsibilities: Support facilitation and co-facilitation of training workshops and programs on: * Soft skills. * Leadership. * Teamwork. * Effective communication. * Safety culture and safe behavior. * Facilitate and co-facilitate in-person and/or virtual sessions alongside senior facilitators. * Prepare and adapt training materials (presentations, interactive activities, guides, assessments). * Support logistics and organization of training sessions. * Maintain attendance records, satisfaction surveys, and execution reports. * Provide field support at mining units or client sites. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree or certified professional in Psychology. * Minimum of **6 months to 1 year** of experience in: * Workshop facilitation. * Training delivery. * Human Resources. * Organizational interventions (professional internships may be considered). * Interest in developing expertise in training and consulting. * Strong communication skills, empathy, and basic group management abilities. * Availability to travel to Lima and the provinces. * Flexibility to work in the field and adapt to project-based schedules. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience delivering training to adults. * Knowledge of: * Soft skills. * Organizational culture. * Behavior-Based Safety (desirable). * Virtual tools (Zoom, Teams, PowerPoint, Meet, etc.). * Proactive attitude, orderliness, and learning orientation. Employment Modality: * Payroll-based employment contract. * In-person and/or virtual (depending on the project).
