Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Warehouse Administrator to manage inventories, movements, and shipments for a premium sock brand. Key Highlights: 1. Manages inventory control and warehouse movements. 2. Ensures proper location and distribution of merchandise. 3. Monitors KPIs and prepares management reports. A well-known premium sock manufacturer is looking for a **JUNIOR WAREHOUSE ADMINISTRATOR** capable of maintaining control over our inventories, movements, and shipments. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical or university graduate in Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. * Minimum **2 years of experience** in operational and administrative functions within warehouses, logistics, or similar areas. * Experience in warehouse control, inventory management, supply chain, or related areas. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency; knowledge of ERP systems, warehouse KPIs, **FIFO/FEFO**, and others. * Full availability to work in Lurín (Puente Arica). * Schedule: Monday–Saturday (FULL TIME) **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Control product, raw material, and merchandise inflows and outflows. * Receive and verify quantities and conditions of products. * Manage storage, proper location, and distribution of merchandise. * Identify damaged, surplus, missing, or defective items. * Control waybills, forms, records, and warehouse movements. * Prepare and deliver orders, coordinating with relevant departments. * Conduct periodic inventories, monitor KPIs, and prepare management reports. * Ensure preservation of products, materials, and equipment. * Comply with safety, hygiene, and internal procedures. * Maintain warehouse order and cleanliness, plus other tasks assigned by superiors. **BENEFITS:** * Formal payroll under the General Regime, 100% statutory benefits. * Market-competitive salary \+ Paid overtime \+ Profit-sharing \+ SCTR * Job stability and a positive work environment.
