Position Summary: We are seeking a Line Cook to prepare and plate dishes, organize station workflow, and ensure quality control at Hotel B - Relais & Châteaux. Key Highlights: 1. Job Description: As a Line Cook at Hotel B \- Relais \& Châteaux, you will be responsible for preparing and plating dishes according to company recipes and standards. On a daily basis, you will organize your station, prepare mise en place, monitor cooking times, and ensure proper dish presentation. You will also participate in stock control, preservation of raw materials, and cleaning of your work area, adhering to food hygiene and safety regulations. You will coordinate with the rest of the kitchen team to ensure agile, high-quality service. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Barranco. You will also participate in gastronomic experiences with hotel guests and passengers: franco.hurtado"hotelb.pe Requirements \- Prior experience as a line cook or in similar roles within haute cuisine restaurants or boutique hotels. \- Professional culinary or gastronomy education (or equivalent), and basic knowledge of classical and contemporary techniques. \- Aptitude for teamwork, effective communication in the kitchen, and ability to maintain quality while working under pressure. \- Commitment to food hygiene and safety, orderliness, cleanliness, and respect for internal procedures. \- Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, and a proactive attitude toward continuous learning and improvement. \- Fluent spoken English preferred.
