Main Responsibilities * Support preventive and corrective maintenance of air conditioning equipment * Perform cleaning, inspection, and basic diagnostics of equipment * Assist in installation and uninstallation of HVAC systems * Report technical failures and implement solutions under supervision * Support general maintenance tasks (basic electricity, plumbing, etc.) * Comply with safety regulations and internal procedures Requirements * Technical education in maintenance, electricity, refrigeration, or related fields (completed or ongoing) * Knowledge of air conditioning systems (mandatory) * Minimum 6 months of experience in similar positions (preferred) * Availability for on-site work * Responsibility, punctuality, and proactive attitude Salary: Starting from S/.1,600\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
