Job Summary: OSMETAL, a metalmechanical company, is seeking a Workshop Assistant to support the fabrication, maintenance, and development of metal structures, promoting continuous growth. We focus on delivering high-quality work that meets technical standards and our clients’ requirements, while fostering a responsible work environment oriented toward continuous growth. **Position:** Workshop Assistant **REQUIREMENTS** * Completed secondary education **(technical training in mechanics, metalmechanics, or related fields—partial or ongoing—is preferred).** * Minimum 3–6 months’ experience in metalmechanical workshops or manual labor **(not mandatory).** * Basic knowledge of tool usage **(e.g., angle grinder, drill, etc.).** * Good physical condition and willingness to perform operational tasks. * Responsibility, punctuality, and teamwork. * **Preference: Availability to travel to provinces if required.** **WORKSHOP RESPONSIBILITIES** * Assistance in cutting, assembly, and finishing of metal parts. * Operation of tools and equipment under supervision. * Assistance in welding tasks **(as directed by the technician).** * Maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area. * Loading and unloading of materials. * Assistance in order dispatch and preparation. * Compliance with workshop safety regulations. **SALARY EXPECTATIONS** * Fixed monthly salary: **S/ 1,400** * Weekly payments **WORK SCHEDULE AND LOCATION** * **Schedule:** Monday–Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Saturdays: 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * **Workplace:** OSMETAL Workshop (Lima), **reference: 5 minutes from the Santa Rosa station of the electric train.** Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,400\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
