Operational stability A leading company in the last-mile transportation and distribution sector is currently looking for 6 **Night Shift Dispatch Assistants** to join its Lima facility immediately. **Main Responsibilities** * Control and receive packages in the plant’s unloading zone. * Validate and activate parcels in the internal computer system. * Classify and segregate goods according to destination coding. * Pack, organize, and consolidate cargo for dispatches to Lima and provincial areas. * Generate shipping guides and operational control vouchers. **Requirements** * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 6 months of experience in operational warehouse, dispatch, loading, or packing roles. * Immediate availability to work night shifts from Monday to Saturday. **We Offer** * Competitive remuneration under a per-day-worked payment scheme \+ Attendance bonus. * Fixed and guaranteed monthly payroll schedule. * Employment modality: Service Invoice (Recibo por Honorarios). * Pleasant working environment and operational stability.
