Occupational Psychology Coordinator **PRODISE Engineering \& Services** is seeking a professional to join our team as **Occupational Psychology Coordinator**. Requirements * Degree in Psychology and registered with the Professional Psychology Board. * 3–5 years of experience in mining or related activities. * Specialization in Behavior-Based Safety (BBS). * Knowledge of risk perception. * Knowledge of psychosocial risks. * Willingness to travel to various mining units. * Foreign language: not mandatory. Main Responsibilities * Design, implement, and supervise Mental Health Surveillance and Occupational Psychology programs. * Implement and manage risk perception assessment tools. * Lead Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) programs. * Develop performance indicators and management reports related to safe behavior and preventive culture. * Design and deliver training on safe behavior, safety leadership, human factors, risk perception, and effective communication. * Conduct competency-based interviews and psychological and behavioral assessments. * Perform field behavioral observations and propose intervention plans. * Participate in incident investigations from the perspective of human factors and organizational behavior. * Implement awareness campaigns related to safety, mental health, wellbeing, and organizational culture. * Coordinate with the SSOMA department on preventive actions aimed at reducing unsafe acts and conditions.
