Position Summary: Provide comprehensive operational and administrative support in contract management, ensuring document control, expiration tracking, and deliverables compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive support in the management of goods and services contracts. 2. Monitoring and control of contracts, amendments, renewals, and expirations. 3. Cross-functional coordination with various company departments. **Position Objective:** Provide operational and administrative support in the comprehensive management of goods and services contracts, ensuring proper document control, expiration tracking, deliverables compliance, and contractual information updates. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide timely support to user departments and suppliers regarding contractual documentation inquiries and follow-up. * Monitor contracts, amendments, renewals, and expirations through periodic controls and reports. * Assist in developing KPIs, reports, and automation of controls. * Coordinate cross-functionally with procurement, finance, legal, and user departments. * Comply with applicable SSOMA standards, procedures, and instructions related to contract management. * Support verification and document control to ensure suppliers and contractors meet established safety and environmental requirements. * Support identification of contractual risks related to safety, occupational health, and the environment, and promptly report them. **Requirements:** * Graduate and/or Bachelor's degree in Law or Industrial Engineering. * No prior professional internship experience. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Intermediate Power BI proficiency (not mandatory). * Basic SAP knowledge (not mandatory). * Intermediate English proficiency preferred. * Basic knowledge of contract management, contractual regulations, and document control preferred (not mandatory). * Basic knowledge of procurement and supply processes preferred (not mandatory).
