Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Machine Operator to operate equipment, manage basic operational issues, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards in production processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate equipment and machinery to fulfill work programs. 2. Manage basic operational issues of equipment. 3. P **PRODUCTION MACHINE OPERATOR** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical degree in Industrial Controls, Maintenance Mechanics, or Industrial Mechanics. * 1 year of experience in production. * Availability to work 8-hour shifts and rotate weekly among the three shifts: morning, afternoon, and early-morning. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Operate the assigned equipment and/or machinery in the area to meet previously established work programs. * Identify and/or manage corrective actions for basic operational issues of equipment under one's responsibility, ensuring operational continuity under required quality, food safety, and appearance standards. * Perform established quality tests for each piece of equipment/machinery, verifying reliability and alignment with corporate guidelines. * Carry out autonomous maintenance activities for machines within the work area to ensure adherence to the maintenance program and equipment reliability. * Execute assigned tasks during product process changes and scheduled sanitation activities as defined in the production plan, aligning with corporate requirements and planning-defined timelines. * Ensure and/or execute compliance with SIG standards in all activities to minimize applicable risks related to quality, environment, occupational health and safety, and food safety. * Attend company-scheduled meetings to participate in programs and support corporate objectives. * Actively participate in continuous improvement programs and similar initiatives to foster a culture of excellence in our processes, aligned with company needs, procedures, and policies. * Other responsibilities **BENEFITS:** * Offered: Formal employment registration + base salary (General Regime) + statutory benefits + company benefits. * Dynamic, high-pressure, team-based work environment.
