Provides psychological counseling to staff An enterprise engaged in hydrocarbon transportation and sales is seeking personnel for the position of **PSYCHOLOGIST (F/M)** within the Human Resources department. **Requirements:** \- Graduate professional with bachelor's degree. \- 1 year of experience in Human Resources. \- Preferably residing in Cercado de Lima. \- Availability to travel to various locations in Lima and provinces. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct personnel recruitment and resume screening. * Conduct psychological and occupational interviews and assessments. * Coordinate, schedule, and monitor onboarding programs. * Request documentation from selected candidates. * Monitor attendance electronically and physically. * Deliver trainings, campaigns, and/or workshops to internal staff to encourage employees' quality of life. * Strengthen team integration through birthday celebrations, motivational games, and thematic contests for festive occasions. * Provide psychological counseling to staff following incidents or accidents. * Comply with company procedures and policies. * Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor, manager, or director. **Benefits:** \- Formal employment registration (100% benefits). \- Mandatory life insurance.
