The aim is to innovate in other forms of economic resource generation that will enable us to develop more concomitances—collaborative cultural initiatives—to continue addressing citizens’ aspirations. Composed of a network of local mediators and a Coordination Office formed by the General Director, the Programs Manager, the Alliances Manager, and the Communications Manager, Concomitentes is now looking to incorporate a fifth full-time remote team member with the profile of “Diverse Economies Manager.” This person will be jointly responsible—with the rest of the team—for leading processes related to the development of the Financial Diversification Plan, the Donor Plan, as well as supporting economic monitoring. The goal is to contribute to a better redistribution of resources across the ecosystem participating in Concomitentes. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** Funding: * Researching calls for proposals, analyzing eligibility criteria, assessing alignment with project profile, and preparing applications. * Supporting the development of project and program proposals for public and private funders. * Supporting the submission of new European funding proposals in collaboration with potential national and international partners. * Responding to funder requests and resolving related queries. * Financial and accounting monitoring. * Filing taxes (VAT, personal income tax, association tax, etc.), preparing annual financial statements, advising on tax obligations (exemptions, tax regime), registering and deregistering from Social Security, drafting contracts, managing payroll and social insurance... * Developing a cost control and monitoring plan. Strategy: * Jointly developing—with the rest of the team—the “Economic Diversification Strategy.” * Jointly developing—with the Alliances Manager—the “Donor Plan,” including, among other actions, producing serialized artworks by artists for sale. * Providing strategic and economically sustainable perspectives for activity development and growth in funding and projects. * Envisioning and creating new funding sources for culture. **REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS** * Minimum 3 years of demonstrable experience in the specified responsibilities. * Degree in Economics or Business Administration. * Knowledge of NGO management. * Familiarity with public-private funding systems relevant to the sector. * Specific expertise in fundraising and project formulation is highly valued. * Prior involvement in drafting and managing European funding projects is desirable. * Languages: Advanced English. * Strong oral and written communication skills; public relations and communication abilities. * Advanced proficiency in digital tools and adaptability to a fully digital work environment. **CONDITIONS** * Employment type: Contractual. * Salary: €27,300 gross annually. * Work modality: Fully remote, from anywhere within Spain. * Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. * Indefinite-term contract, with a two-month probationary period. **OTHER CONSIDERATIONS** At Concomitentes, we believe in culture’s transformative power to build more inclusive societies. The project invites groups from civil society—the “comitents”—to become, alongside a mediator, promoters of artworks responding to issues they wish to address in their immediate contexts. Concomitentes is based on the methodology developed in 1990 by artist François Hers, which over the past 25 years has had significant social and cultural impact, with over 500 projects implemented across various European countries.
