Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales and Customer Service Executive to manage sales and customer inquiries through various channels, ensuring effective follow-up and communication. Key Highlights: 1. Development of communication and teamwork skills **ARQUIDSIGN**, a company dedicated to the design and implementation of corporate exhibition stands for various events in Lima and provinces, is currently seeking a Sales Executive and/or Customer Service Representative according to the following profile: **REQUIREMENTS:** * Higher education studies or currently pursuing a degree in design, architecture, marketing, administration, etc. * Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and/or customer service (Call Center). * Must reside in Villa El Salvador or nearby areas. * Ability to communicate effectively at all levels. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Attending to, registering, and categorizing inquiries, sales requests, consultations, and post-sales management via telephone, WhatsApp, email, and social media. * Referring, managing, and following up on sales with respective departments. * Executing sales via telephone, instant messaging, email, and social media. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:** * Intermediate-level Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Strong writing and spelling skills. * Assertive communication and teamwork ability. * High orientation toward results. * Strong customer orientation. * Good interpersonal skills. * Empathetic. **BENEFITS:** * Work schedule: Monday to Friday. * Ongoing training. * Pleasant work environment.
