Kitchen Management: Monitor inventory, inspect raw material quality, and store products properly. Plating and Service: Present dishes attractively and efficiently, ensuring optimal flavor and doneness. Hygiene and Safety: Maintain cleanliness of the work area, disinfect food items, and strictly comply with health regulations. Coordination: Collaborate as part of a team, support kitchen assistants, and follow instructions from the chef or kitchen supervisor.
