Job Summary: We are seeking a Security Agent to perform preventive control, patrols, access monitoring, and verification of security procedures in Lurin. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for asset security and prevention in factories and offices. 2. Participates in safety talks and implements OSH procedures. 3. Verifies compliance with regulations and the movement of assets. We are currently looking for a **Female Security Agent / Lurin** **What will your responsibilities be?** * Conduct patrols or visits to work zones or areas as a preventive control measure. * Promote and participate in 10-minute safety talks. * Perform access control and monitoring at company premises including factory, warehouses, and administrative offices, verifying that mobile devices are surrendered to custody upon entry; inspect personnel (bags, backpacks) and verify personal identification documents during entry and exit. * Know and apply Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) procedures. * Report violations or non-compliance with internal labor regulations or company procedures to the Asset Security Supervisor, Talent Management Department, and/or OSH Supervisor, as applicable, so appropriate measures may be determined. * Verify that all personnel transferring between sites or wishing to remove any company-owned assets present the corresponding documentation (e.g., staff transfer form, delivery note), fully completed and authorized. **What do you need?** * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 6 months of experience in security or occupational safety (preferred). * Availability to work 12-hour shifts, Monday–Sunday, from 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM, with one day off per week. * Availability to work in Lurin (Reference: Acho bus stop area). **We offer:** * Compensation: S/ 1,130 + overtime pay * Attendance bonus: S/ 200 * Formal employment with full statutory benefits (CTS, bonuses, EsSalud, vacation, profit-sharing, and family allowance) * 100% covered meals (free) * Commuting via shuttle buses (free) * Bi-weekly and timely payments * Corporate benefits and product discounts Join a solid company!!
