Supervision and compliance with Occupational Safety and Health regulations. **Join ISSA Peru!** We are currently seeking a Special Operations Coordinator with experience in natural gas projects, oriented toward operational management, technical supervision, and regulatory compliance, ensuring the proper execution of residential, commercial, and industrial projects. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Plan, coordinate, and supervise natural gas installation projects. * Coordinate schedules, resources, materials, and technical personnel. * Supervise fieldwork execution and ensure compliance with technical and regulatory standards. * Conduct technical site visits to validate construction conditions and monitor progress. * Manage technical observations with inspectors, concessionaires, and operational teams. * Prepare technical files, quantity take-offs, valuations, drawings, and required documentation. * Manage procedures and approvals before Calidda, Contugas, and/or other entities. * Supervise projects related to the FISE program and manage corresponding settlements. * Develop technical and economic proposals, as well as participate in bidding processes. * Provide technical and commercial support to residential, commercial, and industrial customers. * Address incidents, complaints, and requirements from Osinergmin, concessionaires, and customers. * Supervise compliance with Occupational Safety and Health regulations. * Coordinate and lead technical staff, operators, and contractors. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree or professional title in: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical-Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions within the natural gas sector. * Valid IG2 or IG3 certification card (mandatory). * Knowledge of Osinergmin regulations, FISE program, and concessionaire requirements. * Proficiency in AutoCAD; intermediate or advanced Excel skills. * Ability to read drawings, perform quantity take-offs, and conduct valuations.
