




Job Summary: A professional with SSOMA experience in construction projects, responsible for developing procedures, managing risks, and ensuring safety compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Key role in safety and health management for construction projects. 2. Responsible for developing procedures and documenting safety. 3. Direct involvement in risk prevention and emergency response. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in construction projects. * Training in high-risk work activities. * Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health. * Knowledge of SSOMA management in construction projects. * Knowledge of SSOMA procedures implemented on construction sites. * Knowledge of ISO 40001. **Responsibilities:** * Develop project work procedures. * Develop IPERCs as required by construction sites. * Prepare weekly and/or monthly site reports. * Compile the site safety dossier. * Conduct induction talks and daily 5-minute safety talks. * Produce the site bulletin board. * Provide first aid in case of accidents and/or transport injured persons to clinics; investigate accidents; ensure implementation of the safety plan. * Identify, warn about, and communicate detected hazards for corrective action. * Inspect fire extinguishers on site to ensure they are in good condition. * Verify that all personnel wear appropriate safety equipment. * Manage distribution of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). * Report SSOMA management indicators.
