Job Summary: JEMAVIL SAC seeks a Civil Supervisor to oversee construction execution, verify work quality, and monitor compliance with safety and occupational health standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision of civil works execution and work quality. 2. Control of compliance with safety, occupational health, and environmental requirements. 3. Coordination with technical teams and preparation of progress reports. JEMAVIL SAC is seeking a ***Civil Supervisor*** with: Main Responsibilities * Supervise civil works execution in accordance with drawings, technical specifications, and established schedules. * Verify the quality of work performed by contractors and site personnel. * Monitor compliance with safety, occupational health, and environmental procedures. * Coordinate with resident engineers, other engineers, and technical staff to ensure project progress. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly construction progress reports. * Monitor proper use of materials, equipment, and allocated resources. * Manage resolution of interferences and technical issues during construction. * Participate in coordination meetings with clients and supervisors. Requirements * Licensed and registered Civil Engineer. * Minimum 2 years of experience supervising civil works. * Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software. * Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health. * Availability to work in Marcona\-Ica BENEFITS * Formal employment registration (payroll inclusion) * Market-competitive remuneration.
