Job Summary: We are seeking a Systems Technician / IT Support professional to ensure the proper functioning of computer systems, networks, and technological equipment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement continuous improvement measures for computer systems 2. Provide technical support to equipment and users 3. Prevent network incidents by applying security procedures We are currently looking for a **Systems Technician / IT Support** to join our team, responsible for ensuring the proper operation of the clinic's computer systems, network, and technological equipment. **Requirements** * Graduate or certified technician in Systems, Computer Science, or related fields (**mandatory**). * Minimum of **1 year** of experience in similar positions (**essential**). * Knowledge of computer science and programming techniques. * Prior experience in: Cybersecurity, software architecture, databases, **IT project management**, and analytical, organizational, and teamwork skills. **Responsibilities** * Develop and implement continuous improvement measures for computer systems. * Analyze and gather information to address departmental requirements. * Provide technical support to equipment and users. * Prevent network operational incidents by applying security procedures (antivirus, backups, etc.). * Conduct periodic inventories of the clinic's computer equipment. * Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and servers according to the established schedule. * Manage system access by creating and administering user accounts and passwords. * Monitor and manage appropriate use of corporate email. * Other related duties as assigned. **Working Hours** * **Monday to Friday:** 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. * **Saturdays:** 8:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. **Salary** S/ 1400.00 - 1600.00 **Location** San Miguel **Benefits:** * Formal payroll enrollment from day one * Growth opportunities * Positive work environment Salary: S/.1,400.00 - S/.1,600.00 per month Application Question(s): * In which district do you reside? * Are you a graduate or certified technician?
