Telecommunications Lineman Work Mode: On-site – Miraflores, Lima At **FICOM**, we are looking for a committed, responsible Telecommunications Lineman with experience in outside plant work to join our technical team. What will be your main responsibilities? * Install and deploy fiber optic cable in outside plant environments. * Perform work on poles, ducts, manholes, and other telecommunications infrastructure. * Install hardware, fittings, and anchoring components according to technical standards. * Support the deployment, maintenance, and repair of fiber optic networks. * Interpret installation plans and routing diagrams. * Comply with safety procedures and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Prepare reports on completed activities. Requirements * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Telecommunications Lineman or in similar roles. * Knowledge of fiber optic cable deployment and outside plant work. * Experience working at heights and using ladders. * Familiarity with field safety regulations. * Category A\-I driver’s license (desirable). * Willingness to travel when required by the project. * Proactivity, responsibility, and ability to work in a team.
