We are looking for responsible, committed individuals who are willing to perform operational duties within a solid organization that offers job stability and career development opportunities. **Requirements**: * Technical studies in Logistics, Administration, or related fields (preferred). * Minimum 1 year of experience as warehouse supervisor or manager, including inventory control and personnel management. * Proficiency in Kardex and inventory management systems. * Availability to work rotating morning and afternoon shifts, with rotating days off. **Responsibilities**: * Ensure order and security of incoming goods. * Monitor inventories, ensuring consistency between physical records and system data. * Conduct cyclic counts and full inventories as scheduled. * Supervise receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, verifying quantities, condition, and documentation. * Manage urgent and priority requests. * Consolidate information and reports for monthly performance indicator preparation. * Supervise compliance with safety regulations. * Guarantee the integrity of merchandise stock. * Assist with loading and movement of goods. * Perform other duties inherent to the position. **We Offer**: * Formal employment registration from day one, including all statutory benefits. * **Monthly salary of S/.1,150 plus a S/.450 mobility bonus.** * Bi-weekly and end-of-month payments. * Training programs within a continuously growing company.
