Education: University graduate with specialization or master’s degree in Construction Management or Project Management. Experience: Minimum 6 to 8 years in similar construction site supervision roles. Management: Proficiency in planning, execution timelines, and project cost control. Regulations: In-depth knowledge of the National Building Regulation (RNE) and quality standards. Tools: Mandatory proficiency in S10, Revit (BIM), AutoCAD, and MS Office.
