Discover the life awaiting you at Accor: visit https://careers.accor.com/ **Job Description** Accor is currently seeking cooks to perform the following duties: * Pre-prepare, prepare, and present food using appropriate techniques and as directed by supervisors. * Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to relevant recipes. * Season and cook food in accordance with specified recipes. * Clean and maintain work areas, the entire kitchen, and all equipment used. * Store food correctly at appropriate temperatures. * Manage cooking time. * Maintain established quality and economic objectives. * Comply with food handling safety and hygiene standards and practices. **Requirements** * Higher Vocational Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism or equivalent qualification related to this field. * Minimum 2 years of experience. * Availability to work rotating shifts (morning/afternoon and night) from Monday to Sunday. **Additional Information** * Employee Benefits Card offering discounted rates at Accor properties worldwide. * Learning programs through our Academies. * Opportunity to develop your talent and grow within your hotel and globally! * Ability to make a difference in the local community through our Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives.
