Our century-long history reflects a strong commitment to innovation and digital transformation, enabling us to become a key partner for enterprises and organizations worldwide requiring advanced connectivity, cybersecurity, cloud, and managed services. **Job Description:** As a CyberSOC Operator at Italtel Peru, your primary responsibility will be to respond to service requests, including operational activities related to solution management and specialized handling of cybersecurity events/incidents, as well as their definitive resolution—ensuring compliance with company-established protocols and end-customer satisfaction. This is a temporary position conducted on-site. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or higher in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering and Informatics, Telecommunications Engineering, Information Security Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Networks and Communications Engineering, Software Engineering, Informatics Engineering, Information Security Engineering, Network Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering, or Information Security and Audit Engineering. * Minimum three (3) years of experience in similar roles involving implementation, administration, and configuration of cybersecurity solutions. * Certification or training course in Palo Alto Firewalls and/or Anti-DDoS or Radware WAF (Mandatory). * Intermediate level of English proficiency.
