Participation in continuous improvement of information security DNP CORP S.A.C. is seeking a Cybersecurity Specialist professional responsible for implementing, administering, and overseeing the organization’s information security and cybersecurity controls. The purpose is to protect technological infrastructure, systems, and critical information, ensuring operational continuity and compliance with corporate security policies and standards. The professional will perform functions in corporate and industrial environments (IT/OT), focused on prevention, detection, analysis, and response to security incidents, contributing to strengthening the organization’s cybersecurity posture. **Responsibilities:** * Implement, configure, and administer cybersecurity solutions such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, EDR, and secure access technologies. * Monitor security events and alerts using SIEM tools or other monitoring platforms. * Detect, analyze, and investigate cybersecurity incidents, executing containment and response actions. * Conduct vulnerability assessments and coordinate remediation activities with respective departments. * Manage identities, access, authentication, and privilege policies (IAM). * Support implementation and compliance with security policies, standards, and procedures. * Identify cybersecurity risks and propose mitigation measures. * Provide support for compliance with security frameworks and corporate regulations. * Maintain up-to-date documentation of configurations, incidents, and security procedures. * Provide cybersecurity support in industrial and operational environments (IT/OT). * Participate in continuous improvement activities for information security and cybersecurity. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related fields. * Experience in cybersecurity or information security. * Knowledge and experience with SIEM, EDR, firewalls, or similar tools. * Experience in vulnerability management and incident response. * Knowledge of networks, VPNs, segmentation, and security architecture. * Knowledge of identity and access management (IAM). * Familiarity with security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, or equivalent. * Knowledge of industrial cybersecurity (IT/OT), preferably in mining or industrial environments. * Advanced English proficiency (mandatory). * Cybersecurity certifications (preferred): CompTIA Security\+, CEH, CySA\+, Fortinet NSE4, Cisco CyberOps, or equivalent. **Competencies:** * Analytical ability and problem-solving skills. * Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Multidisciplinary teamwork. * Adaptability to dynamic environments and emerging threats. * Orientation toward compliance with standards and procedures. **What We Offer:** Onboarding onto payroll from day one High-level technical challenges Positive work environment **\* Interested candidates meeting the profile may apply by submitting an updated, documented CV. \*** Work Location: On-site employment
