




Job Summary: A professional with experience in payroll management, labor legislation, and social benefits, possessing advisory skills and the ability to handle confidential information. Key Highlights: 1. Manage payroll, settlements, and tax declarations. 2. Supervise benefits and insurance, with expertise in labor legislation. 3. Provide HR-related advisory services to employees. **Main Responsibilities:** \- Administer and ensure accurate preparation of company payroll and salary settlements for staff. \- Prepare and submit tax declarations corresponding to the HR department’s tax obligations \-Plame. \- Evaluate and manage employment contracts, ensuring compliance with current labor legislation. \- Supervise and manage employee benefits and insurance, such as SCTR, VIDA LEY, and EPS. \- Maintain up-to-date employee information and database, ensuring confidentiality and security. \- Calculate payroll payments, CTS, bonuses, and staff settlements. \- Calculate and process AFP contributions for staff. \- Respond promptly to inspections by SUNAFIL and MTPE. \- Provide advisory services to employees on labor legislation, social benefits, and other HR-related matters. **Requirements:** \- Technical and/or university degree in Accounting, Administration, or related fields. \- Minimum 4 years’ experience in similar positions, demonstrating proficiency in payroll management, settlements, tax declarations, labor legislation, and social benefits. \- Solid knowledge of SCTR, VIDA LEY, EPS, and other related programs and benefits. \- Ability to handle confidential information and uphold high standards of professional ethics. \- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team. \- Advanced knowledge of labor legislation and tax regulations. \- Attention to detail and ability to work effectively in dynamic and changing environments. \- Proactivity, autonomy, and decision-making capability. **We Offer:** \- Full payroll under the general regime. \- Workplace: JR.
