We invite you to join our family as: **FIRST-LEVEL CYBERSOC OPERATOR** **Requirements:** * University graduate or technical professional in Electronic Engineering, Networks and Data Communications, Systems, Telecommunications, or related fields. * 1 year of experience as a NOC/SOC operator. **(PREFERRED)** * Availability to work rotating shifts is mandatory, 24x7\. **Responsibilities:** * Providing technical support and assistance to corporate clients * Diagnosing and resolving technical incidents * Monitoring cybersecurity platforms for potential threats or malicious activities that could affect the organization’s and clients’ infrastructure. * Participating in the detection, investigation, and mitigation of security incidents. * Conducting research and tracking the latest cybersecurity threats and trends. * Creating and maintaining detection rules in SIEM tools. * Investigating Indicators of Compromise (IoC) and Indicators of Attack (IoA) * Providing immediate response to incidents with the goal of resolving them as quickly as possible while meeting client SLAs. * Updating and/or closing client support tickets. * Reviewing and validating security alerts. * Reviewing recent vulnerabilities and preparing CyberNews. * Preparing cybersecurity intelligence reports and/or other reports. **Knowledge Requirements:** · Networking knowledge — CCNA certification **(PREFERRED).** · Security equipment knowledge — Firewall certification **(PREFERRED)** · Cybersecurity knowledge, ethical hacking **(PREFERRED)** · IT service management knowledge (ITIL) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,500\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you have availability to work rotating on-site shifts under a 24x7 model? * What is your academic degree? * Briefly describe your experience in similar positions. * Do you agree with a monthly salary of S/. 2,000\.00 on payroll?
