Job Summary: This position aims to ensure continuous monitoring, early detection, and timely escalation of incidents across the technology infrastructure, guaranteeing SLA compliance. Key Highlights: 1. 24x7 monitoring of infrastructure, networks, and security. 2. Alert management and validation, with first-response incident support. 3. Desirable experience in NOC, SOC, or IT monitoring centers. **NOC/SOC OPERATORS** **Job Objective:** Ensure continuous monitoring, early detection, and timely escalation of incidents within the technology infrastructure (On\-Premise, networks, and security), guaranteeing compliance with defined SLAs. **Responsibilities:** * 24x7 monitoring of infrastructure, networks, and security. * Alert management and validation (filtering out false positives). * Ticket registration, tracking, and updates in the ITSM tool. * Timely escalation to L2/L3 levels. * Verification of service availability (CPU, RAM, storage, links). * First-response incident support. * Generation of operational reports. **Minimum Experience:** * 2–3 years in NOC, SOC, or IT monitoring centers. **Desirable Certifications:** * ITIL Foundation * Monitoring tool certifications (New Relic, Zabbix, SolarWinds, or similar) * Entry-level cybersecurity certifications (Security\+, SOC Analyst, or similar) **Technical Knowledge:** * IT infrastructure monitoring * Incident and ticket management * Basic networking (TCP/IP) * Operating systems (Windows/Linux – basic/intermediate level) * ITSM tools Send your resume to: empleabilidad.networking@gmail.com Reference code: **NOC/SOC OPERATORS** Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,000\.00 \- S/.3,000\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
