Entering information into occupational software **S&M Occupational Clinic** is seeking 02 Occupational Evaluation Physicians to conduct occupational medical evaluations for a Campaign **(Start Date: April 24)** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Licensed and registered physician with active professional license **(Mandatory)** * Postgraduate diploma in occupational health, occupational safety and health, or related courses. (Optional) * Prior experience in musculoskeletal assessments is desirable. * Minimum 1 year of experience as an evaluator in the occupational health field. * Preferably residing in areas near San Juan de Lurigancho. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Conduct medical evaluations for scheduled patients on the day. * Perform musculoskeletal assessments on patients. * Upload information to occupational software. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday, 6:20 AM to 4:00 PM **MONTHLY SALARY:** S/ 3000 to S/3,300 **CAMPAIGN LOCATION:** AV. SANTUARIO NRO. 1323 URB. ZARATE (1323\-1325 ALT CDRA 12 DE LA AVDA CHIMU) LIMA \- LIMA \- SAN JUAN DE LURIGANCHO **Note:** Personnel must report directly to the campaign site and possess a RUC to issue their RHE.
