Job Summary: A professional responsible for planning, controlling, and reporting project progress, ensuring visibility of costs, expenses, and status. Key Responsibilities: 1. Identification and correction of deviations **Work Modality:** \[On-site in San Isidro] – Lima **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturdays: 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. **Contract Type:** General Regime **General Responsibilities:** Plan, control, and report daily the physical and financial progress of active projects, ensuring accurate visibility of costs, expenses, status, and deviations, in compliance with quality, safety, environmental, and applicable regulatory standards. **What You Will Do With Us:** * Develop, update, and control the **daily, weekly, and monthly planning** of assigned projects. * Issue **daily progress reports** for active projects, including **status, incurred costs, projected expenses, and deviations**. * Monitor compliance with **contractual milestones and schedules** (using Project or other tools). * Control the **project budget**, and track actual vs. budgeted costs. * Consolidate field and administrative information for **operational decision-making**. * Identify deviations in timelines, costs, and resources, proposing **corrective actions**. * Support contract management, valuations, and project documentation control. * Coordinate with supervision, operations, contractors, and internal departments to ensure up-to-date information. * Maintain updated **physical progress, financial, and productivity indicators**. * Prepare reports for supervisors and management. **What We Are Looking For:** * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial, Civil, Mechanical, Petroleum, Petrochemical Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a planner, project controller, or cost controller, preferably in energy, construction, or hydrocarbons. * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, cost control), Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, and Word. * Desired knowledge of SAP, AutoCAD, ArcGIS, or web-based GIS tools. * Salary: 3,000 Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.3,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
