




Position Summary: We are seeking a Project Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and operational support for geotechnical exploration, document control, and logistical coordination. We are seeking a Project Administrative Assistant who will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to geotechnical exploration projects, ensuring proper document control, logistical coordination, resource tracking, and administrative support across field, office, and client interfaces. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** • Control and organization of project documentation (reports, permits, accreditation forms, HSE forms, etc.). • Support in scheduling and tracking field activities. • Logistical coordination of personnel, equipment, mobilizations, accommodation, and supplies. • Tracking of procurement and service requirements. • Attendance, timesheet, per diem, and personnel documentation control. • Preparation and updating of project progress reports. • Management and archiving of contractual and administrative documentation. • Coordination with operations, maintenance, logistics, HSE, and administration departments. • Monitoring compliance with delivery of documentation requested by clients and audits. **REQUIREMENTS:** **Education Requirements:** • Technical or university degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. **Experience Requirements:** • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in administrative roles within projects, preferably in mining, drilling, geotechnical engineering, construction, or industrial services. • Experience in document control and logistics. • Experience with safety processes and field documentation. • Mining accreditation process experience is desirable. • Willingness to travel very occasionally. **Technical Requirements:** • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel at intermediate or advanced level. • Knowledge of project document control. • Familiarity with HSE documentation management and client requirements. • Ability to coordinate with field personnel and operational departments. **Competencies** • Organization and planning. • Effective communication. • Monitoring and control capability. • Proactivity and problem-solving skills. • Attention to detail. • Teamwork and multidisciplinary coordination.
