In Peru, we operate across most economic sectors—including mining, agriculture, and fisheries—forming part of the value chain for their products and services. **Job Description** Responsibilities * Plan, coordinate, and lead project execution in accordance with organizational guidelines and standards. * Ensure compliance with Repsol's technical specifications and applicable complementary international standards for the service. * Manage tendering processes, contracting, cost management, and portfolio project control. * Monitor project progress, ensuring timely achievement of objectives related to schedule, scope, cost, and quality. * Coordinate with various technical and operational departments, ensuring proper integration of activities. * Maintain up-to-date contractual and project management documentation, generating tracking reports. * Identify risks, propose preventive and corrective actions, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. * Other duties inherent to the position. **Requirements** Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, including at least 5 years in senior leadership roles. * Advanced knowledge of Repsol's specifications relevant to the service specialty. * Advanced knowledge of international standards complementary to Repsol's specifications. * Familiarity with the PMBOK Guide, tendering processes, cost management, and project portfolio management. * Proficiency as a user of: MS Project, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Office 365, SAP SE, and Plant 3D. * Driver's license A1 \- Desirable * Intermediate English (written and spoken) and advanced reading proficiency **(Mandatory requirement).** **Additional Information** * Formal employment contract with full statutory benefits from the first day of work. * 80% employer-paid EPS health insurance coverage for the employee. * Positive work environment. * Access to corporate benefits.
