Position Summary: EXPERTEC seeks a Risk Prevention Specialist to provide safety support, assess risks, deliver training, and supervise compliance with regulations in electromechanical services. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support on safety topics and risk assessment 2. Training in prevention and supervision of safety regulations 3. Preparation of reports and follow-up of corrective actions EXPERTEC, an electromechanical services company, is seeking a **RISK PREVENTION SPECIALIST.** RESPONSIBILITIES: · Provide safety support to other departments · Identify and assess risks · Deliver inductions and preventive training · Record information and conduct statistical evaluation of preventive actions · Monitor and supervise compliance with occupational safety and health regulations · Timely report and record incidents through reports to the SSOMA Manager · Supervise the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) · Document control (SCTR, safety talks, ATS, PETS, checklists) · Follow up on corrective actions or other implemented measures · Prepare reports and incident statements · Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. REQUIREMENTS: · Professional level: Industrial Engineer or related degree (minimum bachelor’s degree) · Minimum 3 years’ verifiable experience as a Risk Prevention Specialist or in related roles · Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health Law and SSOMA risk prevention standards Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,000.00 – S/.2,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
