




Position Summary: This role coordinates and plans the Air Export process, ensuring compliance with procedures, DAM management, and coordination with relevant entities and operational staff. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive coordination of the Air Export process. 2. DAM management and penalty prevention. 3. Coordination with external entities and operational staff. a. Coordinate and plan the Air Export process from receipt of customer instructions to submission of the finalized DAM to the customer. b. Coordinate to ensure company processes are carried out within operational and administrative scopes. c. Monitor DAMs approaching expiration and take immediate action to avoid penalties. d. Coordinate DAM endorsements and numbering according to cargo intake schedules based on customer-provided information, in collaboration with dispatch assistants and customs brokers. e. Prepare order settlements for submission to the billing department. f. Coordinate with SENASA and SERFOR for cargo inspection scheduling. g. Develop a performance tracking chart for supervised personnel. h. Coordinate issuance of Certificates of Origin and other documents as required by the customer. i. Coordinate with operational staff on daily dispatch and customs inspection scheduling. j. Report any process deviations detected to the BASC/OEA Representative and BASC/OEA Coordinator. k. Comply with standards established in the BASC Integrated Management System / OEA Program relevant to this position. l. Other duties inherent to the position.
