Position Summary: We are seeking a classroom assistant to support the lead teacher in activities, routines, and care of 4-year-old children, with commitment, affection, and proactivity. Interest in crafts and environment decoration At Nido Armonía, we seek a classroom assistant with experience, affection, and commitment to support classroom work for 4-year-olds. Requirements: * Technical studies in education, teaching assistance, or related fields (preferred). * Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a classroom assistant, especially with early childhood students. * Preferred: experience working with children with ASD or other special conditions. * Responsible, patient, affectionate, and proactive individual. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Willingness to assist in classroom and nursery activities. * Interest in crafts and supporting environment decoration. * Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., in San Borja. Responsibilities: * Assist the lead teacher in classroom activities. * Accompany children during routines, activities, and caregiving moments. * Support the creation of crafts and teaching materials. * Participate in classroom and nursery decoration for special occasions. * Assist in performances, events, and celebrations. * Ensure order, cleanliness, and children’s well-being. Employment Type: Part-time Salary: S/.1,200.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
