Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Coordinator to manage and supervise interior design projects, coordinate teams, and verify construction progress. Key Responsibilities: 1. Leads interior design projects. 2. Coordinates construction teams and technical staff. 3. Applies knowledge of installations and construction regulations. PROJECT COORDINATOR **Academic Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Architecture or Interior Design. **Experience:** * \+3 years in interior design * Experience in rendering * Construction site management (preferred) * Progress verification * Coordination with personnel, foremen, carpenters, electricians, etc. * Knowledge of Technical Installations (plumbing, electrical) **Technical Skills:** * Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, D5, Vray, Lumion) **Preferred** * Office productivity tools: Excel, Word * Ability to read and interpret blueprints * Basic knowledge of construction and finishing regulations **Contact:** \+51 986 432 751 **Email:**proyectos.santacruz21@gmail.com Position Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site employment
