REQUIREMENTS: · Licensed and registered Civil Engineer. · Experience as Head of Studies, Assistant Head of Studies, and/or Coordinator of final studies for top-tier road projects. · Experience in final studies for the Ministry of Transport and Communications (MTC) or the Municipality of Lima is desirable. · A master's degree in road projects or a related field, and knowledge of project management and BIM methodology are preferred. · Excellent leadership and management skills.
