Lead strategic and operational mine planning. 2. Manage operational improvement projects. 3. Optimize processes and reduce costs in mining operations. **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES** **Strategic Planning** * Develop short-, medium-, and long-term Mine Plans. * Design exploitation strategies aligned with available reserves. * Prepare annual production budgets. * Develop the Master Production Plan. * Propose economically optimized scenarios. **Operational Planning** * Prepare weekly and daily plans. * Schedule exploitation progress. * Schedule ore and waste movement. * Coordinate equipment availability. * Schedule personnel requirements. * Develop execution schedules. **Project Management** * Lead operational improvement projects. * Develop schedules using MS Project or Primavera P6\. * Monitor physical and financial progress. * Control deviations. * Prepare executive reports for management. **Process Optimization** * Analyze productivity indicators. * Propose operational improvements. * Optimize cycle times. * Optimize equipment utilization. * Reduce operational costs. **EXPERIENCE: Working at Mine 20x10 (Modality)** **General** * Minimum 8 years. **Specific** * Minimum 5 years in mining, including experience as: * Planning Manager * Projects Manager * Senior Planning Engineer Salary: S/.7,000\.00 \- S/.10,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
