Job Summary: We are seeking a Selection Analyst responsible for the entire talent recruitment, evaluation, and onboarding process in Arequipa. Key Highlights: 1. Fully responsible for recruitment, selection, and onboarding of employees 2. Conducts job postings on various platforms and evaluates applicants 3. Prepares reports and monitors new employees S.G. Natclar is searching for top talent to fill the position of **Selection Analyst** at our AREQUIPA office. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Psychology. * Two years of experience in similar positions. * Basic/intermediate Excel proficiency. * Training in competency-based interviews and psychological assessment administration (preferred). Responsibilities: * End-to-end responsibility for employee recruitment, selection, and onboarding into the company. * Post job openings through online job boards, educational institutions, social media, headhunting, etc. * Conduct psycho-occupational evaluations and competency-based interviews of applicants to identify the final candidate shortlist. * Prepare psycho-occupational reports for the qualified shortlist. * Monitor new employees to assess proper onboarding within 15 and 30 days. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
