Opportunity for growth **Restaurant Runner – Don Juan (Plazuela Branch)** **Location:** Chiclayo, Lambayeque **Position Type:** Part-time (5 hours per day) Job Description At **Don Juan**, we seek a dynamic, responsible, and service-oriented **Restaurant Runner**. Your primary responsibility will be to promptly transport dishes and beverages, ensuring agile and coordinated service among the kitchen, bar, and dining area to deliver an excellent experience to our customers. Schedule * **Monday to Sunday:** 12:15 p.m. to 5:15 p.m. * Weekly day off according to schedule. Responsibilities * Quickly and orderly transport dishes and beverages from the kitchen and bar to the dining area. * Support waitstaff during service to ensure efficient customer service. * Verify that orders are delivered complete and in the shortest possible time. * Maintain cleanliness and order in the transit area between kitchen and dining area. * Assist in restocking utensils, tableware, and other service-related supplies. * Comply with the restaurant’s quality, hygiene, and service standards. * Collaborate with the team on other operational tasks assigned by management. Requirements * Minimum of **3 months** of experience in restaurants, customer service, or similar roles (preferred). * Completed secondary education. * Availability to work during the stated schedule. * Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. * Good physical condition to move constantly during service. * Positive attitude, responsibility, punctuality, and customer orientation.
