Job Summary: Ensure the accuracy and reliability of the company's inventory through control, analysis, and tracking of stock levels, identifying discrepancies and proposing improvements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Monitor and supervise the physical and system-based inventory of four brands. 2. Analyze inventory discrepancies and investigate their causes. 3. Coordinate with various departments to ensure stock availability. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, Logistics, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience as an Inventory Analyst, Inventory Controller, or in similar roles. * Experience in retail, textile, distribution, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) companies (preferred). * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts, and data analysis). * Experience with ERP systems or inventory management software. * Knowledge of Kardex. * Familiarity with inventory performance indicators. * Understanding of logistics and warehouse operations. * Willingness to work on-site.
