Inventory Analyst

Job Summary: Ensure the accuracy and reliability of the company's inventory through control, analysis, and tracking of stock levels, identifying discrepancies and proposing improvements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Monitor and supervise the physical and system-based inventory of four brands. 2. Analyze inventory discrepancies and investigate their causes. 3. Coordinate with various departments to ensure stock availability. Main Responsibilities: * Monitor and supervise the physical and system-based inventory of the company's four brands. * Conduct cyclic, selective, and general inventory counts. * Analyze inventory discrepancies and carry out investigations to determine their root causes. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on inventory movements. * Supervise the accurate recording of goods receipts, issues, returns, transfers, and adjustments. * Validate proper product receipt and dispatch. * Monitor inventory turnover and identify slow- or fast-moving items. * Ensure traceability of goods from receipt through to dispatch. * Coordinate with Warehouse, Procurement, Sales, and Logistics departments to ensure stock availability. * Continuously review correct product coding and classification. * Identify opportunities for improvement in inventory control processes. * Develop inventory-related KPIs. * Detect risks of losses, overstocks, or stockouts and propose corrective actions. * Ensure compliance with internal procedures related to inventory handling. * Participate in internal audits as required. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, Logistics, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience as an Inventory Analyst, Inventory Controller, or in similar roles. * Experience in retail, textile, distribution, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) companies (preferred). * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts, and data analysis). * Experience with ERP systems or inventory management software. * Knowledge of Kardex. * Familiarity with inventory performance indicators. * Understanding of logistics and warehouse operations. * Willingness to work on-site. Working Hours: * Morning shift: 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. * Afternoon shift: 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Salary: S/ 2,500 (negotiable based on experience, knowledge, and assessment results). Compensation: S/.2,000\.00 \- S/.2,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
