At **Tecnofilm SAC**, a leading company in the production and distribution of plastic packaging, we continue growing and want to welcome a key professional to our Plant team in **San Juan de Miraflores** to strategically control our operations. Your Mission in This Role: You will be the driving force behind our **extrusion and finishing lines**, ensuring that data is transformed into accurate decisions. Your role will be vital in maintaining the perfect balance among physical inventory, digital systems, and plant efficiency. Your Key Challenges: * **Data Mastery:** Collect and analyze plant data to generate production reports and monitor key KPIs such as *efficiency* and *scrap*. * **Supply Assurance:** Ensure precise stock levels of raw materials, supplies, and packaging to prevent production stoppages. * **Inventory Control:** Conduct periodic audits and verifications (physical vs. virtual) to maintain zero deviations. * **System Management:** Record daily material consumption and issue identification labels for products on-site. ☑ What We Are Looking For: * **Education:** Technical degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year leading inventory planning, stock analysis, or supply management (Bonus points if you come from the **industrial sector**!). * **Tools:** Proficiency in logistics/ERP systems and data analysis tools (Power BI proficiency is desirable). * **Skills:** Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and excellent communication with the plant team.
