Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to analyze market trends, develop and optimize chemical product formulations, and coordinate industrial scale-up, ensuring quality. Key Responsibilities: 1. Development and improvement of paint and resin formulations. 2. Raw material management and cost optimization. 3. Market analysis and proposal of product innovations. Industrias Jhomeron S.A. is a company with over 30 years in the Peruvian market, engaged in the marketing and manufacturing of paints, resins, adhesives, and chemical raw materials for industry. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Analyze market and competitive trends; propose innovations, improvements, and new products. * Evaluate, qualify, and manage raw materials and supplies; optimize costs without compromising quality. * Develop, adjust, and improve formulations for paints, resins, and related products; supervise testing and technical staff work. * Validate products through performance, adhesion, drying, and physicochemical property tests. * Accurately record and update all formulations. * Coordinate industrial scale-up and provide technical support during initial production. * Maintain documentary traceability. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Graduate or bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related technical fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in an industrial plant (preferably in paints or chemicals). * Knowledge: Formulas, technical data sheets, MSDS, manufacturing processes (dispersion, grinding, mixing, filtration, packaging), property control, and ISO 9001. * Tools: Advanced Excel, SAP Business One. **WORKING HOURS:** * Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:20 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 1:05 PM Workplace: On-site employment
