**Job Objective:** Support activities in the areas of Control, Administration, Accounting, and Financial Management.
**Main Responsibilities**
* Maintain and archive administrative and financial documents in an organized and accessible manner.
* Record accounting vouchers and payments in the system.
* Perform preliminary bank reconciliations.
* Prepare monthly income, expense, and comparative analysis reports.
* Consolidate accounting and administrative data in Excel.
* Verify received documentation (RUC, sequence consistency, errors).
* Manage fixed assets and calculate basic depreciation.
* Tax filing season: Upload information to software.
**Requirements**
\- Graduates or bachelor's degree holders in Administration, Accounting, Business Engineering, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related business fields—both technical and university level.
\- 6 months of experience in similar positions (including internships).
\- Strong organizational skills and time management ability.
**Working Conditions**
* **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.; 90-minute lunch break.
* **Compensation:** PEN 1,200 per month (variable based on interview performance).
