Position Summary: We are seeking an Architectural Detailing Specialist for multifamily buildings to join our design team. Key Highlights: 1. Development of architectural details for multifamily buildings. 2. Creation of technical specifications for materials and finishes. 3. Collaboration and coordination with other departments. CORNEJO \+ FIORINI ARQUITECTOS is an architecture firm specialized in the design of multifamily buildings. We are currently seeking an ARCHITECTURAL DETAILING SPECIALIST FOR MULTIFAMILY BUILDINGS to join our team. Applicants must have a MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE developing architectural details. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Development of architectural details for multifamily buildings (interiors, common areas, façades, and other design-specific details). * Creation of technical specifications for materials, finishes, and construction systems. * Coordination and collaboration with other departments. * Other duties assigned within the office. REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum 2 years of experience developing detail drawings. * Experience in developing interior, common area, façade, and other required details. * Knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction methods. * Advanced CAD workflow proficiency and basic Revit proficiency. SKILLS: * Creative, proactive, and committed to work. * High level of integrity and punctuality. * Strong communication skills at all levels.
