Back Office functions in a medical center Job Posting: Back Office \- Medical Center Main Responsibilities * Schedule and organize medical appointments in the system. * Monitor timely delivery of medications. * Coordinate medical units, home visits, and teleconsultations according to established procedures. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. Requirements * Minimum 6 months of experience as a Back Office agent in a call center. * Availability to work in a hybrid (semi-on-site) mode. * Proficiency in Back Office processes. * Personal computer or laptop and wired internet connection. * Familiarity with local routes or GPS navigation.
