We seek a person with excellent communication skills, strong customer orientation, and a results-driven mindset, capable of generating commercial opportunities, conducting follow-ups, and delivering professional service. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers. * Prospect new customers and generate commercial opportunities. * Provide information about Megafilms’ products and services. * Follow up with prospects and customers. * Handle inquiries and requests promptly. **Record and update customer and prospect information.** * Coordinate appointments, meetings, or business contacts as required. * Track opportunities through to sale closure. * Maintain courteous and professional communication with customers. * Achieve established sales targets and goals. **CANDIDATE PROFILE** * Experience in call centers, sales, customer service, or commercial roles. * Excellent verbal communication and persuasive ability. * Ability to interact effectively with diverse customer types. * Results-oriented with a focus on meeting targets. * Proactive, responsible, and well-organized. * Teamwork capability. * Basic proficiency in digital tools and customer relationship management systems. * Availability for on-site work. **WE OFFER** * Base salary \+ performance-based commissions. * Commercial training and mentoring. * Professional growth opportunities. * Integration into a growing team. * A work environment focused on development and goal achievement.
