Job Summary: Responsible for staff training and development, from delivering classes to follow-up and evaluation, ensuring the integration of new employees. Key Responsibilities: 1. Contribute to staff training and development 2. Prepare training materials and assess participants' learning 3. Accompany new employees during their probationary period **Job Description** ---------------------- Contribute to staff training. 1\. Deliver training to new hires according to the defined schedule. 2\. Maintain attendance records for all training sessions/workshops/reinforcement activities, for reporting training payments for all processes under your responsibility (based on applicants' attendance). 3\. Prepare training content (materials) and audiovisual support for each session (supervised by the Training Leader). 4\. Configure and validate remote work tools. 5\. Request and coordinate headset delivery. 6\. Assess participants' learning throughout the training/workshop/reinforcement process. 7\. Accompany and assist new employees during their probationary period to support their development (On-the-Job Training - OJT). 8\. Record daily activities and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). 9\. Maintain training payment records for all processes under your responsibility (based on applicants' attendance). 10\. Participate in coordination meetings for training scheduling. 11\. Coordinate with respective departments to define practical scenarios required to support content development. 12\. Coordinate with all involved departments to certify applicants. 13\. Request and receive all required documentation to be uploaded to the TU RECIBO platform. 14\. Submit requests for onboarding new hires. 15\. Organize and conduct refresher training, reinforcement sessions, or workshops based on operational results. 16\. Comply with the company's Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) policies and regulations. 17\. Perform any other duties inherent to this position, as well as those assigned by your immediate supervisor. 18\. Comply with procedures and guidelines established for the Quality Management System. 19\. Comply with organizational policies and regulations. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Completed technical studies or university student in Education, Marketing, Communications, or related fields * Experience with teaching methodologies * Basic Office software knowledge * One year or more tenure at ECC * Completion of courses relevant to this position * Performance evaluation score equal to or higher than expected / supervisor reference **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira — a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
