Lead and develop field sales teams. Drive loan placements through payroll deduction agreements. Conduct daily follow-up on results and goal achievement. Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Supervisor in the financial sector. Knowledge of payroll deduction loans and/or salary advance agreements.
