Position Summary: We are seeking a customer service professional with a strong service orientation, empathy, and excellent communication skills to manage customer interactions and resolve inquiries. On-site work – Miraflores **WHAT WILL YOU DO?** Provide customer service via WhatsApp, phone calls, and in-person interactions. Schedule and follow up on appointments. Resolve inquiries and complaints with empathy and sound judgment. Follow up with pending customers. Record and manage information. Coordinate with technical teams and advisors.
