Our people make the difference in our success. **Contract Type:** Regular (Indefinite) **What Are We Looking For?** Responsibilities: * Automate recurring deliverables to improve efficiency and consistency. * Dashboard Development and Maintenance: Design and implement control panels (dashboards) and interactive management dashboards (often using tools such as Looker Studio, MicroStrategy, or QuickSight) to display key business performance indicators (KPIs). * Conduct data analysis and exploitation to perform diagnostics and identify opportunities for various products (assets/liabilities). * Execute tactical cross-analyses to deploy targeted initiatives based on product needs. * Implement use cases (models and analyses) that help increase product revenue. * Perform other duties assigned by the team leader and drive continuous improvement of the role. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fields. * Three years of experience performing similar functions. * Advanced intermediate proficiency in Python and PySpark, and advanced proficiency in SQL for extracting and transforming large-scale transactional data. Minimum experience building engines is desirable. * Experience designing dynamic dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools such as MicroStrategy, Power BI, Looker, or similar. * Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, explanatory communication (data storytelling), autonomy, and attention to detail. **Responsible Banking** --------------------- Our responsible banking model **aims to build a more inclusive and sustainable society.** Because the future of finance is financing the future.
